Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born on the 9th of August, 1963 in Newark New Jersey. She is a mother of gospel singer Cissy Houston(nee Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. Whitney Elizabeth Houston's cousin Dionne Warswick sings as well.
